Dr. David Devenport, board-certified pediatrician, is known for his sincere concern for his patients as demonstrated by his intent listening, clear and complete educational instructions, and devoted telephone follow-ups with his patients' parents. Even after moving out of the area, patients drive hours to continue receiving Dr. David Devenport's exceptional care. 


Dr. David Devenport has vast experience in pediatric care since 1996.


Being concerned about the rapid rise in mental health disease among youth and the insufficient availability of child psychiatric care, he recently completed a pediatric psychiatry mini-fellowship through the REACH Institute.  It is very rewarding to Dr. Devenport to care for children and teenagers with depression, anxiety, ADHD and OCD.  He loves to see their amazing healing process.


By partnering with parents to incorporate their observations, and combining his up-to-date medical knowledge, Dr. David Devenport delivers high-quality compassionate pediatric medical care.

When not caring for his patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, kids and grandkids. He also enjoys gardening, backpacking, snowshoeing, singing, and playing the piano and oboe.


Special Interests: In-hospital newborn care after delivery at Utah Valley Hospital, clinic-based pediatrics including well baby and well child visits, sports/scout/mission physicals, fracture care, and laceration care.

Dr. Townsend believes that being a pediatrician is one of the best jobs in the world. She enjoys working with families as partners in finding the best course of treatment for all their children’s medical needs from infancy to adolescence. She feels confident treating a wide range of conditions from newborn care to infectious diseases, dermatology to asthma. Striving to positively improve the quality of lives of families and communities is a responsibility she takes very seriously. When she isn’t working in the clinic or hospital, she loves spending time with her husband and four beautiful children. Their various sporting, church and music activities keep her hopping, but when she has a spare minute, she loves reading, enjoying the beauty of the outdoors and exploring new places.

Desaree Fowler is a Pediatric-trained Nurse Practitioner. She has been working in pediatrics since 2010. She has worked in the hospital pediatric unit and NICU, and since 2016 has been working as an outpatient pediatric nurse practitioner. Her favorite patient age group includes newborns through school-aged children. Desaree is a New Mexico native. She loves spending time with her family, 4-wheeling, volleyball, and reading.
